利培酮与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的对照研究

目的 探讨利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法 符合CCMD—2—R诊断标准的精神分裂症患者分为利培酮组(30例)、氯丙嗪组(30例)进行了3个月的临床研究,用PANSS WHO.QOL—100分别评定患者的精神症状和生活质量。结果 经过3个月的治疗后利培酮组患者PANSS总分和阴性因子分改善优于氯丙嗪组;利培酮对患者生活质量的影响除精神支柱外均有明显提高;氯丙嗪仅能部分提高患者的生活质量,但对患者的生活领域、心理领域、独立性领域没有明显改善。结论 利培酮对精神分裂症患者生活质量的改善优于氯丙嗪。

A Comparative Study on the Effects of Risperidone and Chlorpromazine upon the Life Quality of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective To study the respective effects of risperidone and chlorpromazine upon the life quality of patients with schizophrenia. Method Two groups of patients conforming to the CCMD-2 - R diagnosis standard.with each consisting of 30 persons,were treated and studied respectively with riperidone and chlorpromazine for a period of three months. Afterwards. the mental state and life quality of the two groups were separately evaluated with PANSS and WHO. QQL -100. Result Through three months' of treatment. the group taking risperidone acquired bigger improvements in terms of total PANSS score and negative factor scores. For the riperidone group,all the aspects of life quality .except for spiritual pillar.were remark -ably enhanced, while for the chlorpromazine group, but for partial life quality improvement .there were no notable achievements in the fields of physiology .psychology and independence. Conclusion Risperidone is better than chlorpromazine for improving the life qualityof patients with schizophrenia.
