摘    要:疟原虫乳酸脱氢酶是疟原虫糖分解途径的关键酶,由无性期和有性期虫体产生.感染人类的4种疟原虫有不同的乳酸脱氢酶异构体,使其具有种属特异性,已成为新一代疟疾快速诊断方法的靶抗原.该文对近年来国内外有关疟原虫乳酸脱氢酶的研究与应用进展进行综述.

Abstract:Plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH) is a key enzyme in the pathway of glycolysis of the parasite. It is produced by the malaria parasite at both sexual and asexual stages. There are different lactate dehydrogenase isomers in the 4 different Plasmodium species which infect human. The different features among the species have made the pLDH a new target antigen in the rapid diagnostic tests of malaria. This paper reviewed the recent progress on the research and application of pLDH.
