南瓜多糖的提取纯化及其分析

摘    要:目的 寻求有效、安全的糖尿病食疗剂。方法 南瓜干粉经热水提取,Sevag 法弃蛋白,透析,乙醇沉淀,沉淀干燥物再经Sephadex G- 100 柱层析纯化,即得南瓜多糖精品。用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及玻璃纤维纸电泳证明为均一体。结果 南瓜多糖精品的分子量为1-6×104 。其用酸完全水解,经纸层析表明由D- 葡萄糖、D- 半乳糖、L- 阿拉伯糖、木糖和D- 葡萄糖醛酸组成。其摩尔比分别为0-181 :0-083 :0-069:0-031 :0-175 。结论 南瓜多糖可作为糖尿病食疗剂中的有效成分。

Abstract:Objective To find effective food therapeutics that imptoves diabetes mellitus.Methods From the Pumpkin,with hot water and purified by deproteinization and removal of lipid.Some chemical and physical properties of the polysaccheride were examined. It was homogeneous as judged by electrophoresis.Result The PP molecular weight was estimated to be 1.6 x 10 4 and acidic heteroglycan composed mainly of D-glucose,D-galactise,L-arabinose, Xylose and D-glucuronic aicd in the molar ratios of 0.181:0.083:0.069:0.031:0.175 respectively.Conclusion PP can be considered a potent compound that improves diabetes mellitus
