5种先天性畸形患儿母亲妊娠早期患病及服药情况调查

目的：探讨儿童先天性畸形的致病原因和预防措施。方法：总结近３ 年所收治的５ 种类型畸形儿８６ 例。其中，因母亲妊娠期３ 个月内患流感、风疹及服用中药“保胎丸”者６４ 例，家族遗传史３ 例，原因不明１９ 例。结果：因母亲妊娠早期病毒感染及服保胎药者占致畸形儿绝大多数（７４．４％ ）。结论：儿童先天性畸形与妊娠早期母体感染病毒及不合理用药有直接关系。防止妊娠早期病毒感染及合理用药为防治先天性畸形的主要方法

OBSERVATION ON DISEASES AND DRUGS TAKEN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS OF PREGNANCY PERIOD BY MOTHERS WHOSE CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM FIVE KINDS OF CONGENITAL MALFORMATION

Objective: To probe the cause of the congenital malformation and to find prevention methods.Methods: Eighty six children who suffered from 5 kinds of congenital malformation in the recent years were observed.64 children whose mother had got cold ,measles and taken Baotaiwan in the first 3 months of pregnancy period. 3 cases had family history and hereditary disease. 19 cases had no clear reasons.Results: Majority of the children whose mother had been affected by the virus or taken Baotaiwan in the early periods of the pregnancy.Conclusion: The children who have congenital malformation have direct relationship with virus affecting or taking some medicine by their mother unreasonably in their pregnancy periods. To avoid virus affecting and take medicine reasonably are the main methods to prevent the congenital malformation.
