草苁蓉多糖对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨草苁蓉多糖对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响.[方法]应用溶血空斑试验法和淋巴细胞转化试验观察草苁蓉多糖对小鼠抗体分泌细胞的影响和脾细胞对细菌脂多糖的增殖反应.[结果]草苁蓉多糖能使小鼠特异的抗体分泌细胞数明显增多,促进小鼠脾细胞对草苁蓉多糖的增殖反应.[结论]草苁蓉多糖增强小鼠B细胞对细菌脂多糖的增殖反应,对小鼠脾细胞有明显的促有丝分裂作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Boschniakia rossica polysacharides on humoral immunity in mice.Method To observe the effects of Boschniakia rossica polysacharides on the antibody secreting cells and on the proliferative reaction of splenocytes to lipopolysacharides by plaque formatim test and lymphocyte transformation technique.Result Boschniakia rossica polysacharides can increase the number of specific antibody secreting cells and enhance the proli ferative response of splenocytes to lipopolysacharides in mice.Conclusion Boschniakia rossica enhance the proliferative response of B lymphocyte to lipopolysacharides and have mitogensis to splenocytes.
