| 摘 要： | ［ 目的］ 介绍一种测定脑组织α 酮戊二酸脱氢酶活性的放射化学方法．［ 方法］ 应用放射化学测定法，并探讨影响酶活性的反应条仵．［ 结果］ 测得的正常大鼠全脑α 酮戊二酸脱氢酶活性为０－４０２ ±０－０２７ｎｍｏｌ／（ｍｇ 蛋白质·ｈ）．［ 结论］ 所用的方法简单，适用于测定早老性痴呆病人脑组织α 酮戊二酸脱氢酶活性

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of brain α ketoglutarate dehydrogenase activity. METHOD To use the radiochemical technique and to investigate the assay conditions.RESULT The α ketoglutarate dehydrogenase activity of whole brain in rat is 0 402±0 027 nmol/(mg protein·h). CONCLUSION The method is easy and suitable for the determination of brain α ketoglutarate dehydrogenase activity in the patients with Alzheimer disease. |
