硫醇/金自组装膜上组装葡萄糖氧化酶及其应用

摘    要:目的研制一种新的电流式葡萄糖传感器。方法这种传感器的制作方法是固定葡萄糖氧化酶于聚合物复合膜中,并且这种复合膜形成于金电极上的硫醇自组装膜之上。葡萄糖氧化酶和锇—聚乙烯基吡啶配合物的复合膜是在硫醇自组装膜上混合葡萄糖氧化酶和锇-聚乙烯基吡啶形成。结果以上方法制成的多层有序膜中Os配合物作为电子传递体,对葡萄糖的响应在1~20mmol/L范围内呈线性。结论这种酶电极具有高度的稳定性,并对抗坏血酸有较强的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Objective A new amperometric enzyme electrode was prepared by immobilizing glucose oxidase in a polymer complex film based on thiol self-assembled monolayer at glod electrode Methods The film of glucose oxidase and Os-PVP(Osmium-polyvinylpyridine) complex were formed by mixing glucose oxidase and Os-PVP solution at thiol self-assembled monolayer Results Os complex acts as electron mediator, and its response to glucose was linear at a range of 1 to 20 mmol/L Conclusion This enzyme electrode shows low interference from ascorbic acid and exhibits higher stability.
