| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精浆超氧化物歧化酶活性对男性生育力的影响。方法 采用放射免疫分析法对１８例男性正常生育者和３５０例男性不育症患者的精浆ＳＯＤ含量进行检测。结果 男性不育各组与正常生育组比较，精浆ＳＯＤ含量明显降低，并随精子活力及精子计数的下降而逐渐降低，两者呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the effect of the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in seminal plasma on fertilen men. Methods With radioimmunoassay(RIA),SOD in seminal plasma of 108 fertile men and 350 infertile men determined. Result The results showed that the content of SOD in seminal plasma in the groups of infertile men were obviously decteased comparing with the control group( P <0.001),the content of SOD in seminal plasma were decreased with the descent of motility of sperm and sperm count.The both was a positive correlation ( P <0.001). Conclusion It was concluded that the low sperm vitality and sperm count was related to the antioxdation activity in seminal plasma of infertile men decreased.The content of SOD in seminal plasma were determined was one of index to diagnose infertile men. |
