胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的关节镜治疗

目的探讨胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折关节镜治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析16例胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折，关节镜下钢丝固定11例，强生不可吸收线固定5例，通过术后X线片及膝关节屈伸功能分析手术的临床疗效。结果术后随访2～24个月，X线片显示骨折复位与愈合良好。膝关节屈曲度均超过90度，无膝关节不稳，也未出现其他并发症。结论关节镜手术治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折，创伤小、对关节干扰小、术后可早期进行功能锻炼。

Surgical treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence with arthroscope

Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence with arthroscope.Method 16 patients with avulsion fractures of the tibial intercondylar eminence were treated with arthroscope.Of them,11 cases were treated with steal wiring internal fixation and the other 5 with nonabsorbable suture.The clinical results were analysed by X-ray and function of the knee.Results All patients were followed up for 2 to 24 months.The clinical results were proved to be satisfied radiographically.The degrees of flexion of the knee joint were more than 90 degrees with no unstability or other complication.Conclusion Compared with arthrotomy reduction,surgical treatment of avulsion fractures of the tibial intercondylar eminence with arthroscope has the advantages of smaller wound,less interference inside the joint,slighter reaction and earlier rehabilitation.
