| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了婴幼儿感染性疾病患儿血清SIL－2R和T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。方法：采用双抗体夹心法测定SIL－2R水平和间接免疫荧法测定了T淋巴细胞亚群。结果：患组血清SIL－2R水平显高于对照组（P＜0．01），CD3，CD4和CD4／CD8比值均降低（P＜0．01），CD8水平升高，结论：感染性疾病患儿存在有细胞免疫功能的降低及免疫调节的紊乱。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL 2R) and T lymphocyte subsets in baby and children with infectious diseases.Methods SIL 2R was dectected with double antobody sandwich ELISA and T lymphocyte subsets with indirect imnunofluorescent technique.Results The patients' SIL 2R level was higher than that in normal controls( P <0.01),CD 8 lymphocyte were increased,while CD 3?CD 4 and the ratio of CD 4 to CD 8 were decreased.Conclusion The cellular imnune function is reduced and the imnune regulation is confused in baby and children with infectious disease. |
