| Abstract: | Through analysis from basic element and effect factor of Core Competence of Hospital,the author thought that service quality and effectiveness,financial condition,study/creative ability,satisfaction of employees and patients were frame study for Core Competence of Hospital.It also showed that hospital performance management could lead to higher Core Competence of Hospital. |
