E-钙粘蛋白和层粘连蛋白受体表达与乳腺癌转移的关系

目的研究E 钙粘蛋白和层粘连蛋白受体 (LN R)的表达与乳腺癌局部淋巴结转移和远处转移的相关性。方法通过免疫组化S P法检测 96例乳腺浸润性导管癌 (其中发生局部淋巴结转移的 4 9例 ,发生远处转移的 9例 )中E 钙粘蛋白和层粘连蛋白受体的表达。结果E 钙粘蛋白在乳腺癌局部淋巴结转移不同程度各组中表达具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但在有无远处转移两组中表达无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。LN R在乳腺癌局部淋巴结转移不同程度各组中和有无远处转移两组中表达差异都具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论E 钙粘蛋白在局部淋巴结转移时随转移程度增加而表达降低 ,对LN R的检测可用于乳腺癌判断预后和指导治疗。

Clinical Significance of Expression of E-cadherin and Laminin Receptor in Breast Cancer Metastasis

Objective To investigate the relationships between the expression of E-cadherin, laminin receptor(LN-R) and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and LN-R in 96 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The E-cadherin expression was significantly related to the metastasis degree in local lymph node metastasis cases(p<0.05) , while insignificantly related to distal metastasis (p>0.05).The LN-R expression was significantly related to the metastasis degree in local lymph node metastasis (p<0.01) and to the distal metastasis as well(p<0.01).Conclusion Expression of E-cadherin are decreasing with the raise of metastasis degree in local lymph node metastasis breast cancer. Expression of LN-R can be regarded as valuable indicators for evaluating prognosis and directing treatment of breast cancer.
