摘    要:目的 研究大鼠杏仁中央核内P物质标记神经元的分布和形态的增龄性变化,方法:应用免疫细胞化学结合图像定量分析法研究了3月龄,9月龄和24月龄大鼠杏仁中央核内P物质标记神经元的变化,结果:P物质标记神经元主要位于杏仁中央核的内侧亚区和腹侧亚区,随月龄的增加,P物质标记神经元出现明显的细胞数量减少,细胞面积增大,且24月龄大鼠还出现细胞突起增多,伸长,弯曲等明显的形态改变,结论:大鼠杏仁中央核内P物质标

Abstract:The immunohistochemical method and image quantitative analysis were used in this study. Eighteen male Wistar rats were divided into three groups: 3 month, 9 month and 24 month group. The aging changes of substance P(SP) in the central nucleus of the amygdala were observed. The findings were as follows: SP neurons were mainly localized in the medial subdivision and the ventral subdivision of the central nucleus of amygdala; the number of SP nerons decreased sigmificantly with the increasing of age(P<0.05), but the average area of SP neurons increased markedly(P<0.05). In twenty four month group, the processes became longer and winding. The results showed that SP neurons in the central nucleus of amygdala had marked changes with the increasing of age.
