阴道B超介入下治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿40例分析

目的: 探讨阴道B超介导下对卵巢巧克力囊肿进行穿刺治疗的远期疗效。方法: 对临床上 40例符合要求的巧克力囊肿合并不孕的病人在阴道B超介导下行穿刺治疗, 术后辅以药物治疗 3月, 并与临床上 30例手术治疗 (术后用同样药物治疗方案) 和 30例保守治疗 (药物治疗方案相同) 的病人相对照, 观察以上 3种方法的远期疗效。结果: 穿刺组两年妊娠率明显高于手术组和保守治疗组, P<0 05; 而手术组和保守组之间两年妊娠率无显著差异, P>0 05; 3组之间两年复发率无显著差异, P>0 05。结论: 阴道B超介导下卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺术辅以药物治疗是治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的一种有效方法。

Analysis on treatment of 40 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst through vaginal ultrasonography

Objective:To explore the long-term therapeutic effect of centesis treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst through vaginal ultrasonogrphy Methods:40 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst complicated sterility were treated by centesis through vaginal ultrasonography and supplement of drugs for 3 months after operation (centesis group) and compared to 30 cases with operation treatment and same drugs after operation (operation group) and 30 cases with conservative treatment with same drugs (conservative group) The long-term therapeutic effect of three methods was observed Results:The pregnant rate within two years in centesis group was higher than those in operation group and conservative group ( P <0 05) But there was no significant difference between the pregnant rate in operation group and that in conservative group( P >0 05) Conclusion:Centesis through vaginal ultrasonography and supplement of drugs should be an effective method for treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst complicated sterility
