联合使用神经保护剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的　研究脑梗死后早期应用神经保护剂对患者神经功能恢复的影响。　方法　 12 0例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组A(抗凝 Ca 拮抗剂 )、治疗组B(抗凝 自由基清除剂 )、治疗组C(抗凝 Ca 拮抗剂 自由基清除剂 )、对照组 (仅使用抗凝治疗 )。在治疗前及治疗后 1个月分别从神经功能缺损及残疾 /生活能力水平两方面进行评价。　结果　B、C两组的疗效在神经功能缺损评分和Barthel指数分别为 7 61± 5 2 6、7 2 6± 5 0 6和 82 3 7± 3 0 61、84 49± 3 1 5 3皆明显优于对照组的 9 2 1± 5 42和 70 0 2± 3 0 2 4(P <0 0 5 ) ,A组与对照组、B组与C组疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。　结论　联合使用适当的神经保护剂能提高脑梗死的疗效

Clinical study on joint use of neuroprotectants for treatment of cerebral infarction patients

Objectives To study the effects of early administration of neuroprotectants on the recovery of neurological function of cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 120 cerebral infarction patients were recruited into the study. Patients were randomly assigned to Group A (anticoagulant calcium channel blocker), Group B (anticoagulant free radical scavenging agent), Group C (anticoagulant calcium channel blocker free radical scavenging agent) and Control Group (anticoagulant). The scale of neurological deficit and Barthel Index were assessed one month before and after treatment. Results After treatment the scale of neurological deficit and Barthel Index of Group B and C were significantly different from the Control Group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in Group A compared with the Control Group, and Group B compared with Group C. Conclusion Combination of adequate neuroprotectants could improve the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
