| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清胆碱酯酶、ALT与AST比值，在慢性肝病诊断中的临床意义。方法选择本院150例慢性肝病患者（60例肝硬化，50例肝癌，40例慢性重症肝炎，各肝病组均为慢乙肝基础，其中HbeAb阳性90例，HbeAg阳性50例）进行血生化的检测，并对结果进行分析和统计学处理。结果对照组血清胆碱酯酶与肝硬化组、肝癌组、慢重肝组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），胆碱酯酶活力与肝功能Child分级呈显著正相关（r=0．461，P〈0．01），肝功能越差，胆碱酯酶下降越明显。AST／ALT在各肝病组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），同时肝功能A级与C级间AST／ALT差异有统计学（P〈0．05）。结论血清胆碱酯酶AST／ALT不仅可作为肝病严重程度的一个标志，同时可对肝病的诊断、鉴别诊断、预后判断、病程监测及疗效观察提供依据。
