| 摘 要： | 异环磷酰胺在临床上治疗恶性肿瘤有一定的疗效,因其泌尿系统毒性反应较大,限制了它的使用。近年来合成了尿路保护剂巯乙磺酸钠(mesna)才得以广泛应用。本文着重介绍了异环磷酰胺的操作方法、给药途径、观察和护理。

| Abstract: | Iphosphamide is an effective drug in the treatment of malignant tumors, its use is limited by urine tract toxicity. Mesna has been invented to protect the urine tract and prevent urine tract toxicity from iphosphamide and from extented usage of iphophsamide in clinical treatment in recent years. This article reports on the use of iphosphamide and patients care. |
