经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗的效果观察

目的]观察经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗的效果。方法]选择203例拟行冠状动脉造影的冠心病病人,随机分为观察组98例和对照组105例,观察组行经桡动脉介入治疗;对照组按照常规途径行经股动脉介入治疗。观察并比较两组病人穿刺部位出血情况、术后穿刺点压迫时间、术后尿潴留发生率、一次动脉穿刺成功率。结果]观察组病人术后出血发生率、尿潴留发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后穿刺点压迫时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后无一例发生死亡、紧急冠状动脉闭塞行旁路血管移植术等严重并发症,观察组术后桡动脉搏动良好,无局部并发症。结论]经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗是安全、有效。
