护理干预对小儿患者术后镇痛及副作用的影响

目的通过护理干预措施及镇痛药物的应用,观察其对患儿术后疼痛的缓解作用及降低术后不良反应发生的作用。方法手术后的患儿30例,随机分为对照组、芬太尼镇痛组及护理干预 芬太尼镇痛3组。通过对每例患儿术后血压、哭闹程度、运动、烦躁情况及语言或行动语言的评估,进行疼痛的评分,并记录应用不同方法处理的患儿恶心呕吐、头痛、尿潴留等的发生情况。结果护理干预 芬太尼镇痛组疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);芬太尼镇痛组疼痛评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.01);此外,护理干预 芬太尼镇痛组疼痛评分低于芬太尼镇痛组(P<0.05)。副作用发生率比较:芬太尼镇痛组高于对照组(P<0.05);而护理干预 芬太尼镇痛组与对照组比较,副作用的发生无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理干预措施的实施,可以增强患儿术后疼痛的缓解作用及减少术后不良反应的发生。

Effects of nursing intervention in relieving children's postoperative pain and reducing postoperative uncomfortable feelings

Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention and pain-killer in relieving children's postoperative pain and reducing postoperative uncomfortable feelings.Methods 30 postoperative children patients were divided into three groups:control group,fentanyl group,nursing care plus fentanyl group.Objective pain scales(OPS)were used through observing their postoperative blood pressure,crying,activities,restless,and complaints or face expression.The children patients in three group were recoded on their conditions such as vomiting,headache,and urine retention.Results The scores of OPS of nursing care plus fentanyl group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The scores of OPS of fentanyl group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The scores of OPS of nursing care plus fentanyl group were lower than that of fentanyl group(P<0.05).Side effects occurred more frequently in fentanyl group compared with control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in side effect occurring rate between control group and nursing care plus Fentanyl group(P>0.05).Conclusions In the postoperative children patients,nursing intervention can relieve their postoperative pain and reduce side effects.
