| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析本科16例皮肤结节病患者的临床表现、实验室检查和组织病理等资料.16例皮肤结节病患者中男女比例为1∶2.2,12例（75%）皮损累及面部,4例（25%）累及纵膈及两肺门淋巴结,11例（68.8%）曾被误诊,5例皮肤受累合并肺部病变者予糖皮质激素治疗后均明显好转.

| Abstract: | Objective： Clinical, laboratory and pathological data were analyzed in 16 patients with sacoid- osis. Methods. The ratio of male to female was 1：2.2. Face was involved in 12（75%） patients, involvement of lymph nodes of the mediastinum in 4 patients, misdiagnosed in 11 （69%） patients. Five patients who suf- fered from both skin lesions and pulmonary lesions got better after being treated with glucocorticoid. |
