| 摘 要： | 目的观察依巴斯汀递减疗法和每日疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将受试者随机分为2组,治疗组采用依巴斯汀递减疗法,对照组采用依巴斯汀每日疗法治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组患者有效率为92.00%,停药4周后复发率为32.00%;对照组有效率为78.26%,停药4周后复发率为60.87%,两组有效率及复发率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论依巴斯汀递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹较每日疗法的疗效好,且复发率低。
