| 摘 要： | 目的 了解抗病毒Ⅰ号中药有效部位 (AD1)对呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)的抑制作用。方法 采用细胞培养技术 ,以病毒唑为阳性对照药 ,比较观察AD1对RSV的抑制作用。结果 AD1的半数中毒浓度 (TC50 )为 2 5 .98mg/ml,抗RSV的半数有效浓度 (EC50 )为 0 .75 8mg/ml,治疗指数 (TI)为 34.2 9,且对RSV抑制作用存在明显的量效反应关系 (P <0 0 1)。感染RSV 2h、6h、12h后加药均可抑制RSV活性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 AD1在Hela细胞中对RSV有明显抑制作用

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anti respiratory syncyntial virus(RSV) effect of an active compound (AD 1) from Chinese medicinal herb antiviral agent No.1.Methods The anti RSV effect of AD1 were observed by the technique of cell culture,using Ribavirin as a positive control.Results In Hela cell culture,AD 1 was a potential inhibitor of RSV in concentration dependent manner( P <0.01).Its 50% toxic concentration,50% effective concentration,and therapeutic index were 25.98mg/ml,0.758mg/ml,34.29 respectively.Conclusion The AD 1 has a significant anti RSV effect. |
