| 摘 要： | 单核巨噬细胞集落刺激因子是一种具有多效能的生长因子,具有促进创面愈合的重要作用。单核巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在创面愈合过程中的每个阶段都发挥着重要的作用,主要表现为:趋化并激活炎性细胞,提高创面抗感染能力;促进创面角质细胞、成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞的增殖和分化;有助于创面愈合的细胞因子的分泌。近年来,单核巨噬细胞集落刺激因子对创面愈合及血管新生调控的研究成为热点,现予以综述。
