黄芩抗病毒药理作用研究述评

摘    要:目的:总结有关黄芩及其活性成分抗病毒药理作用的研究现状,为开发中药抗病毒新药提供依据。方法:对近年来国内外期刊中有关黄芩及其活性成分抗病毒作用的文献进行了检索和综述。结果:总结了黄芩具有抗流感病毒、呼吸道合胞体病毒、SARS冠状病毒、乙型肝炎病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、人类免疫缺陷病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、人巨细胞病毒、柯萨奇病毒及猪生殖和呼吸系统综合征病毒等作用。结论:黄芩具有广阔的临床应用前景,有望开发成为安全有效的中药抗病毒新药。但对其抗病毒作用机制的研究需要进一步深入。

Abstract:Objective: Summarize the research situation on antiviral effect and mechanism of Scutellaria and active ingredients,to provide references for developing new antiviral medicine of Chinese herbs.Methods:Search and review the domestic and foreign relevant documents of late years. Results:Scutellaria and active ingredients have the antiviral effect on influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus, SARS coronavirus,hepatitis b virus,hepatitis c virus,human immunodeficiency virus,herpes simplex virus,human cytomegalo virus, coxsackie virus, porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus.Conclusion: Scutellaria and active ingredients possess a wide prospect of clinical application, and a new drug hope for antiviral herbs.However,it needs more further studies on mechanism of antiviral actions.
