心痛定治疗胆绞痛42例疗效观察

目的 观察心痛定对胆绞痛的止痛疗效。方法 对具有典型症状及体征的72例胆绞痛患者，随机分成治疗组42例，舌下含胍心痛定10mg；对照组30例，肌注阿托品0．5mg。给药15min后，评定其疼痛分值，判断疗效。结果 治疗组疗效咀显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 提示心痛定对胆绞痛有明显的止痛作用。

Curative Effects Observation of Nifepine on Cholecystalgia 42 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of nifepine on cholecystalgia. Methods 72 cholecystalgia patients with typical symptoms were divided into two groups stochastically. The treatment group 42 examples,take nifepine 10mg under the tongue; control group 30 examples,intermuscular injection atropine 0.Smg. 15 minutes later,evaluates their ache minute values and judge the curative effects. Results Curative effect of treatment group surpasses the control group obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipne has an obvious analgetic function to cholecystalgia.
