组合生物合成技术在药物研发中的应用

摘    要:介绍组合生物合成技术在药物发现中的应用情况及研究进展。近年来迅速发展的组合生物合成技术为微生物活性代谢产物的结构修饰提供了新的方法,利用该技术,通过基因水平的改造,可获得结构新颖的化合物,为药物筛选拓宽了来源。

Abstract:The applications and the progress in new drug discovery of combinatorial biosynthesis technique were introduced. In recent years, the rapid development of the combinatorial biosynthesis technique has provided the new approaches for the modification of natural products derived from microorganisms. By making full use of combinatorial biosynthesis technique, numerous novel products have been created and isolated from the metabolites for the new drug discovery.
