输卵管妊娠介入治疗的临床观察

目的:评价输卵管妊娠非血管介入治疗的新方法及球茎端导管的优越性。以及与其他方法治疗的比较。材料与方法:在X线透视下,选用球茎端导管引导3F微细导管配0.045cm白金头导丝,经阴道、宫腔插入输卵管内,对输卵管妊娠的孕囊进行穿刺,并注入氨甲喋呤40mg,使孕囊死亡。结果:116例患者插管均一次成功,105例患者治疗,治愈率为90.52%。7例患者介入治疗后β-hCG下降,转手术治疗,占6.03%。4例患者介入治疗后β-hCG上升,手术治疗,占3.45%。116例患者均未出现介入治疗的并发症。15例患者术后3个月复查,患侧输卵管通畅。结论:输卵管妊娠介入治疗是一种可行性方法,较其他保守治疗方法有一定的优越性,并且安全,经济,疗效高。术后患侧输卵管通畅,保留了生育能力。适合临床上广泛应用。

Clinical Observe for Interventional Therapy of Fallopian Tube Pregnancy

Purpose:To assess the new method of interventional therapy of fallopian tube pregnancy in comparison with other treatment.Materials and Methods:116 cases of fallopian tube pregnancy were treated with the interventionai therapy.Under the X-ray TV,the 3.0 french teflon catheter with the 0.018 in wire was inserted into the fallopian tube through the vagina and the uterus for the infusion of methotrexate into the pregnancy mass.Results:Out of 116 cases,no complications were observed.105 cases(90.52%) were cured.11 cases(9.48%) were late operated.Conclusion:The interventional therapy of fallopian tube pregnancy was proved superior to other medicinal treatments.After treatment the tube were unobstrut and reserve generative power.It was safe,convenient,economical and would be widely applied in clinical practice.
