| 摘 要： | 本文以＂和法＂为线索,从经方小柴胡汤之和法以及对中成药小柴胡冲剂之和剂,谈跟师孙光荣教授的学术思想以及个人心得体会。小柴胡汤为张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中的名方之一。笔者首先从对小柴胡汤的来源、临床适应症、主治病症、药物组成、煎服法、临床应用体会谈个人心得,提出＂和法之中,百法兼备＂。其次对目前临床有效应用小柴胡类的中成药之和剂中存在的问题进行了分析。最后,在对和法理解的基础上对孙光荣教授的学术思想＂天人和＂进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Around harmonizing（he fa）, content of this paper is arranged, including application of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and Xiaochaihu Granules, clinical thinking of Sun Guangrong and my experience in using harmonizing and Xiao Chai Hu Tang.Xiao Chai Hu Tang（Minor Bupleurum Decotion）, one of the celebrated formulas, originates from Shang Han Lun（Treatise On Cold-induced Diseases）.The paper talks about what I have learnt from Xiao Chai Hu Tang, such as source, action and indications, ingredients of that formula,methods of decocting and taking drugs, and clinical application of it in my experience-harmonizing（ he fa） contains a variety of therapeutic methods. Harmonizing thought of Sun Guangrong not only focuses on human, but also on the harmony between human and nature. |
