某综合医院内传染性非典型肺炎防治措施与效果研究

 目的研究综合医院院内传染性非典型肺炎防治措施及其效果.方法采取"分区隔离,疏散人口,加强防护"的防护策略对疫情暴发进行控制;收集每日使用的防护用品量与每日新发病例数,分析两者之间的关系.结果"分区隔离,疏散人口,加强防护"的防护策略能够有效控制院内SARS的暴发流行,防护用品的使用对减少每日新发病例起到决定性作用.结论采用恰当的控制策略,能够成功控制综合医院院内SARS疫情的暴发.

Effectiveness of preventive and control measures in nosocomial transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome

Objective To study the effectiveness of preventive and control measures in nosocomial transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) .Methods A strategy of isolating people in divided areas,discongesting the crowd,and strengthening protective measures was used in nosocomial transmission control. The avnounts of everyday used protective materials and the numbers of everyday new patients were plotted in order to show the relationship of the control measures and the effectiveness. Results The strategy of isolating people in divided area, discongesting the crowd,and strengthening protective measures is effective in controlling the epidemic of SARS in a hospital.The use of protective materials is crucial in decreasing the number of new SARS patients. Conclusions The implementation of appropriate strategy is effective in preventing transmission of SARS in hospital.
