| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑立体定向手术在颅内深部及功能性病变的诊断和治疗作用。方法：回顾性分析58例患者的临床资料。结果：18例颅脑深部小病灶行立体定向活检术，16例取得阳性病理结果，并得到有效治疗；28例震颤麻痹病人行定向丘脑腹外侧核损毁后，优良26例，明显好转1例，1例1年复发再次手术。结论：脑立体定向手术是颅人病变诊断，治疗的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of sterotaxic surgery for deep cerebral small lesions and functional diseases. Methods: Clinical data of 58 cases were retrospectively revieved. Results: CT-guided sterotaxic biopsy was performed in 18 cases with small cerebral lesions, definite pathological diagnosis was made in 16 cases, and necessary trentment measure was taken afterwards; ventrolateral thalamotomy was performed in 28 cases with functional disease-Parkinson's disease, 26 cases cured, 1 case improved and 1 case operated twice for relapse. Conolusion: Sterotaxic surgery is effective, safe and reliable for patients with deep cerebral lesions and functional diseases. |
