| 摘 要： | 文章对中医“气血”学说中的免疫学思想进行了探讨。认为在中医的“气血”学说中，包括现代免疫学免疫系统中的诸多免疫细胞和免疫分子，也贯穿着免疫防御、免疫稳定和免疫监视等免疫学功能的思想；从气虚、血虚患者的免疫功能多发生变化，而补气血方药多能增强或调节机体的免疫功能等研究资料分析，也能进一步佐证“气血”学说与免疫具有非常密切的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper made a discussion on immunologic concept in “ qi - blood” theory of Traditonal Chinese Medicine （TCM）. The “qi-blood” theory of TCM was related with many immune cells and molecules in immune system, also contained some immune function concept, such as immune defence, immune stability; immunologic surveillance and so on. The immune function was usually changed in the patient with qi-deficiency and blood deficiency, the drugs tonified qi and blood could increase or regulate immune function, all these information showed “Qi- blood” theory had private relationship with immunity. |
