益气通阳利水中药对重度心力衰竭心排量的干预

目的:研究益气通阳利水法对重度心力衰竭患者心排量的干预作用。方法:选择重度充血性心力衰竭76例,随机分为标准组和中药组各38例,标准组采用标准心力衰竭治疗方案,中药组在标准治疗基础上,加用益气通阳利水方药。采用生物阻抗法检测心率(HR)、每搏输出量(SV)、每分输出量(CO),每5min测量1次,连测3次,取平均值,同时检测血浆BNP水平,治疗2周后,重复上述测量步骤。结果:两组的血浆BNP水平、HR治疗后较治疗前下降(P<0.01),SV、CO、CI较治疗前上升(P<0.01);治疗前,中药组和标准组血浆BNP水平、HR、SV、CO、CI平均值相近(P>0.05);治疗后,中药组血浆BNP水平、HR平均值低于标准组(P<0.05),而SV、CO、CI平均值高于标准组(P<0.01)。提示:益气通阳利水法可以明显改善重度心力衰竭患者的心排量,并降低血浆BNP水平。

Effect of Supplementing Qi, Activating Yang and Diuretic Therapy on Cardiac Output in Serious Heart Failure

Objective:The trail was designed to observe the effect of supplementing qi,activating yang and diuretic therapy on cardiac output in serious heart failure.Methods:According to stochastic,comparison principle,38 cases were assigned into the control group and 38 cases assigned into the treatment group.Standard plans were executed in the control group,and the supplementing qi,activating yang and diuretic therapy was included in the treatment group.And the B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),heart rate(HR),systolic volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)were measured when hospitalized and two weeks later the data was analyzed by the software of SPSS13.0.Results:Significant differences existed in the plasma BNP,HR,SV,CO,CI between the control group and the treatment group after treatment,while no differences when hospitalized.Conclusion:The supplementing qi,activating yang and diuretic therapy can decline the levels of plasma BNP and HR,and enhance SV,CO,CI in serious heart failure.
