| 摘 要： | 目的：采用荧光定量一聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）法，检测麻疹病毒核酸，用以建立和推广一种敏感、特异、快速的麻疹检测新技术。方法：TaqMan特异性荧光标记探针法，进行特异性、敏感性和麻疹疑似患者临床标本的检测。结果：FQ-PCR法检测麻疹病毒核酸具有高度的特异性和敏感性，本次试验检测灵敏度达0．1TCID砷。在14份麻疹患者咽拭子标本中，有13份标本检出麻疹病毒核酸，从核酸提取至完成检测仅需3h。结论：FQ-PCR法为麻疹病毒核酸检测提供了一种可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a specific and sensitive method of FQ-PCR assay for rapid detection of measles virus RNA.Methods:The measles virus RNA was detected by TaqMan FQ-PCR.Results:The sensitivity of this assay was 0.1 TCID50.Among 14 throat swabs samples,13 were positive for measles virus RNA.It took only 3 hours to complete the whole course of reaction including extraction of viral RNA and the real-time PCR.Conclusion:This FQ-PCR provides a more efficient method for measles virus RNA detection. |
