人类肝脏蛋白质组研究进展与展望

人类肝脏蛋白质组计划作为"后基因组"时代研究项目之一,这个计划对于全面认识人类肝脏有重要意义。由于蛋白质组学研究方法的发展,为人类肝脏蛋白质组计划的进行提供了技术支持;生物信息学的快速发展,也逐步解决了大量实验数据的收集、整理和分析的问题,同时很大程度上提高试验效率。本文重点介绍了人类肝脏蛋白质组学研究中有关蛋白质相互作用和生物信息学在蛋白质组学中的研究进展,同时也介绍了人类肝脏蛋白质组计划中其它一些研究进展。

Progress and Prospects in Human Liver Proteome Study

Human Liver Proteome Project as one of research projects in"post genome"era,is of great significance for a comprehensive understanding of the human liver.The progresses of proteomics methods provide technical support for the Human Liver Proteome Project;the rapid developments of bioinformatics gradually resolve the problems of a large number of experimental data collection,collation and analysis.This paper focuses on human liver proteome research on protein interactions and progress in research of proteome in the bioinformatics,and also introduced some other programs reviewed.
