| 摘 要： | 目的]观察健康教育在社区腹泻患儿看护人中的干预效果.方法]将腹泻患儿看护人206名随机分成两组,干预组腹泻患儿看护人进行腹泻知识教育和治疗行为干预等健康教育,对照组仅接受常规治疗与咨询.干预前后调查两组看护人的腹泻知识、态度、行为情况.结果]经干预后干预组看护人的腹泻病知识合格率明显提高,相关治疗行为也有不同程度改善.结论]健康教育干预能明显改善腹泻病看护人的知识、态度、行为,有利于降低儿童腹泻发病率及病死率.
