DSG—I型肝病治疗仪配合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效观察

目的:探讨DSG—I型肝病治疗仪在降低慢性乙型病毒性肝炎生化指标速度,减少病毒复制及减轻患者痛苦的作用。方法:将204例乙肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各102例,观察组应用DSG—I型肝病治疗仪联合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎与对照组单纯药物治疗进行疗效对比观察。结果:观察组比对照组在相同住院条件下ALT、AST的下降幅度明显增加。观察组平均下降391.5U/L,对照组平均289.2U/L,P<0.05。结论:DSG-I型肝病治疗仪配合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎对改善临床症状、恢复肝功能有一定的作用,能缩短患者的住院时间,减轻患者的病痛,提高生活质量。

The clinic curative effect of DSG-ⅠILD combined with medicine on chronic hepatitis B

Objective To discuss the effect of DSG-Ⅰinstrument of liver desease(DSG-Ⅰ ILD) on decreasing serum biologic chemistry indexes, reducing virus copy and alleviating distress of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 204 patients were with Chronic Hepatitis B were divided into two groups randomly, the therapeutic group treated by DSG-ⅠILD combined with medicine, the control group treated by single medicine. After treatment, efficiency rate of two groups were contrasted. Results The falling extent of ALT and ASTof the therapeutic group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). The control group descend averagely 391.5U/L, and the therapeutic group 289.2U/L. Conclusion DSG-ⅠILD has a definite curative effect on chronic hepatitis B, especially in improving clinic symptom and liver function. It can shorten the time in hospital, lighten the distress and improve life quality of patients.
