| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对阿维A联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗银屑病的疗效的影响效果。方法将101例银屑病患者随机分为观察组51例,对照组50例。观察组和对照组均应用口服阿维A和UVB照射的治疗方法;观察组实施心理干预、饮食干预、皮肤护理等护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法。最后通过对疗效的分析比较2组的护理效果。结果经过护理干预,2组实验效果具有显著性差异,观察组效果优于对照组。结论采取有效的护理干预措施可达到预期的护理效果,同时减少不良反应发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Nursing Intervention on the union treatment with acitretin and Narrow-band Ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） on the psoriasis.Methods 101 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups：observation group（n=51） and control group（n=50）.Both groups received the union treatment with acitretin and UVB.The observation group were treated with nursing intervention such as psychological nursing intervention,dietary intervention,skin care.The traditional methods of care was carried out for control group.At last,comparing the nursing effects through analyzing the curative effect of two groups.Results After nursing intervention,there existed significant difference in the curative effect of two groups.The curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion By effective nursing interventions,the desired effect of Nursing can be achieved and adverse reaction can be reduced. |
