摘    要:目的对抗真菌药酮康唑的重要中间体1-乙酰基-4-(4-羟基苯基)哌嗪的合成工艺进行研究。方法以六水合哌嗪和对氯硝基苯为原料合成目标化合物,并对工艺进行探索。结果得到目标化合物,总产率优于现行路线。结论该路线有希望用于工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the synthetic technology of the important intermediate of antifungal drug ketoconazole,1-acetyl-4-~(4- hydroxyphenyl)piperazine. METHODS The title compound was synthesized from piperazine hexahydrate and p-chloronitrobenzene, and studied for its possibility of commereial use.RESULTS The title compound was obtained with yield excelled present route.CONCLUSION The route have a promise to be used in commercial production.
