| 摘 要： | 目的：观察术前访视对手术患者心理、生理及行为的影响，探讨术前访视的意义。方法：将200例择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组100例，对照组由病房护士做常规术前护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，再由手术室护士于术前一天进行术前访视。结果：观察组与对照组比较，在遵医行为、不良反应发生情况，各项生理指标及对护理工作的满意度等方面均有显著性差异。结论：实施好术前护理访视，对于减轻手术对患者心理、生理的影响，促进手术的顺利进行及提高手术室工作质量均有积极意义。
