腰椎结核经后路病灶清除与融合术

目的:探讨腰椎结核后路病灶清除适应症与方法。方法:分析8例病人的治疗效果,叙述后路手术方法。结果:8例病人施行后路病灶清除,神经功能完全恢复6例,明显恢复2例,6例植骨病人获骨性愈合,没有并发症。结论:腰椎后路病灶清除与融合术治疗腰椎后缘结核合并神经损害病人能够获得成功。

Lumbar Vertera Tuberculosis Treated by Clearing Focus and Bone Graft through Posterior Approach

Objective To study the indication and method of clearing focus and bone graft through the posteriov approach in the patients with lumbar vertera tuberculosis. Method Of 8 patients with lumbar vertebra tuberculosis, 2 were treated only by clearing focus through the posterior approach and 6 by clearing focus and grafting bone throngh the same approach. Results The pain was relieveved and neurological function was recovered in 6 cases and significantly improved in 2 cases.Solid bony union of the fusion was found in 6 cases receiving bone graft.There were not any complications. Conclusion The patients with lumbar vertebra tuberculosis compcicated by neurological impairment can be successfully treated by clearing focus and bone graft through the posterior approach.
