我院门诊药物咨询情况分析

目的对我院门诊药物咨询的相关内容进行分析和总结,提高服务质量。方法随机抽取门诊药房2007年8月-2008年6月咨询记录,对咨询的药物类型、咨询的内容和咨询对象进行分析。结果咨询的药物类型排序前3位依次为:皮肤科用药(33.0%)、抗感染药物(15.2%)、心脑血管系统药物(11.2%);咨询内容频率由高到低排序前3位依次为:用法用量(35.2%)、作用与用途(22.1%)、不良反应(15.8%)。结论专设药物咨询窗口,可以拓宽药剂科的业务工作,加强药师业务学习,更好地提高药学服务质量。

Analysis of pharmaceutical consultation service in outpatients

Objective To analyze the pharmaceutical consultation content in outpatients.Methods The records of pharmaceutical consultation from August,2007 to June,2008 in our outpatient pharmacy were collected,and the types of medicine,contents and crowd of pharmaceutical consultation service were analyzed.Results The dermatological agents,antibiotics,cardio-cerebrovascular system medicine accounted for 33.0%,15.2% and 11.2%.The usage,dosage,effect and adverse drug reaction accounted for 35.2%,22.1% and 15.8%.Conclusi...
