| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鹰嘴截骨双钢板固定治疗肱骨远端C形骨折方法及疗效。方法对6年内经鹰嘴截骨双钢板法手术治疗的35例肱骨远端C型骨折进行回顾性分析,平均随访时间16个月,对手术前后X线片及肘关节功能等方面进行分析。结果优和良25例（71.4%）,一般8例（22.9%）,差2例（5.7%）,肘关节活动范围（95.4±13.6）°（53°~135°）。24例（68.6%）恢复术前活动和工作,28例（80.0%）对疗效满意。结论经鹰嘴截骨双钢板法手术坚强内固定治疗肱骨远端骨折C型是可靠有效的治疗方法,在多数患者能取得优良结果。
