哮喘患者白细胞表面分化抗原CD23的表达与血清IgE的相关性分析

目的:研究哮喘的发病机制,探讨哮喘患者白细胞表面分化抗原CD23的表达与血清IgE的相关性。方法:采用流式细胞分析技术及酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测40例哮喘发作期患者和32例哮喘缓解期患者外周血CD23阳性、CD21阳性、CD21和CD23双阳性细胞(CD23+,CD21+,CD21+CD23+)的百分率和血清IgE水平,并与30例健康患者作对照分析。结果:哮喘发作组CD23+,CD21+,CD21+CD23+的百分率及血清IgE水平均高于哮喘缓解组和正常对照组(均P<0.05);哮喘缓解组CD23+的百分率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);哮喘发作组CD23+,CD21+,CD21+CD23+的百分率与血清IgE呈正相关(r=0.731,0.698,0.714,均P<0.05)。结论:CD23的表达与血清IgE在哮喘的发病机制中发挥重要作用。

Correlation between expression of CD23 on white cell surface and IgE in asthmatic children

Objective To study the relations between expression of CD23 on peripheral B lympho- cytes and serum IgE in asthmatic children. Methods CD23+, CD21+, CD21+CD23+expression on pe- ripheral blood lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry, and serum IgE was determined the method of ELISA in 40 children with asthma and 32 discovered asthma and 30 health controls. Results CD23+, CD21+, CD21+CD23+expression on lymphocytes and serum IgE were significantly elevated in peripheral blood of the children with asthma as compared with discovered asthma and health control (P<0.05). CD23+expression on lymphocytes was significantly elevated in peripheral blood in chil- dren with discovered asthma compared with the health control(P<0.05). The positive correlation be- tween CD21+, CD23+, CD21+CD23+and IgE was presented(r=0.731,0.698,0.714, P<0.05). Conclusion CD23 expression on B lymphocytes plays an important role in the pathogensis of asthma.
