疼痛记录单的设计与临床应用

目的 设计术后疼痛护理记录单和慢性疼痛护理记录单并用于临床，为有效地开展临床疼痛管理工作打下基础。方法 设计术后疼痛记录单和慢性疼痛记录单，并试用于132例术后患和68例慢性疼痛患的疼痛评估。结果 疼痛记录单的制定与应用提高了整体护理意识，并为有效开展疼痛管理工作打下了基础，但在使用过程中必须充分考虑临床工作的实际，所选择的评价方法应兼顾科学性与可操作性，同时必须对有关护理人员进行系统规范的培训，才能确实提高疼痛评估记录的准确性和可信度。结论 在临床工作中应采用简单易行的评估工具和记录表格来准确评估和记录患的疼痛情况，才能真正提高患的生存质量。

Experience of Using Pain Flow Sheet in Clinical Parctice

Objective To develop pain nursing by designing and using pain flow sheet. Method Two kinds of pain flow sheet, postperative pain flow sheet and chronic pain flow sheet were made. 132 postoperative patients and 68 chronic pain patients were investigated by using the sheets. Results Recording patients' pain regularly using the flow sheets is benefits for improving the pain management, and it helps to promote nurse to take care of the patients more holistically. But some important questions should be considered to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the record when the pain flow sheets were used. Conclusion It is necessary to assess the patients' pain by simple and reliable method and recording the assessment in flow sheet.
