摘    要:目的:探讨输液过程中微粒的来源及相关因素和减少微粒污染的方法.方法:实验组与对照组分别采用一次性侧孔针注射器、一次性斜面针注射器在治疗室环境及净化操作台上,在加药与不加药条件下逐瓶检验计数微粒数,每组各50例比较产生的微粒数,观察何种情况可减少微粒的产生.结果:在治疗室环境下穿刺瓶塞可明显增加液体巾微粒数(P<0.01).同时加药可导致微粒数激增(P<0.01).而在净化操作台操作产生的微粒数明显低于治疗室环境(P<0.05).在相同情况下,侧孔针注射器穿刺瓶塞可减少橡胶塞微粒的产生(P<0.01).结论:采用侧扎针注射器溶药、加药产生的不溶性微粒数明显少于斜面针注射器.
