柱凝集技术Coombs试验效果评价

目的：探讨柱凝集技术间接抗人球法在交叉配血和不规则抗体筛检试验中的可靠性。方法：应用CAT法，凝聚胺法（polybrene)和试管间接抗人球法（TCT）3种技术对20份阴性血清和30份已知阳性血清进行了间接抗人球试验，对其中5份阳性血清进行了灵敏度测试。结果：3种方法对30份阳性血清的阳性检出率分别为：CAT法100％，polybrene法93．3％，TCT法76．7％，灵敏度测试结果为CATI地＞polybrene法＞TCT法。结论：CAT法在日常配血和不规则抗体筛检试验中，是一种灵敏度较高的可靠方法，提倡在输血领域推广应用。

Study of the effect of Coombs test with column agglutination technology

ve To assess the reliability of cross match of blood type and irregular antibody selection with column agglutination technology( CAT). Methods Indirect anti-human globulin test was done in 20 negative serum samples and 30 positive serum samples with CAT , polybrene and conventional tube methods . The sensitivity of the methods was observed in 5 samples among the positive sera . Results The positive rates with CAT, polybrene and TCT methods in 30 positve serum samples were 100% , 93.3% and 76.7% respectively. The sen-sitivity of the tests ranked as CAT > polybrene > TCT. Conclusion CAT method is a highly sensitive and reliable test in blood typing and ir-regular antibody selection. It is recommended that CAT method be applied as routine blood typing test
