肝功能衰竭患者的肝移植治疗

目的 报告３例危重肝功能衰竭患者的肝移植治疗经验。探讨影响该类患者肝移植效果的诸多因素及其解决办法。方法 ３例患者均同种异体背驮式原位肝移植术治疗。结果 例１，２分别已存活３２个月，１１个月余，生活质量良好；例３术后亦已１月余；例１，２术后曾发生胆道梗阻并发症，均经再次手术将胆管端－端吻合改为胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－ｅｎ－Ｙ吻合后痊愈。结论 （１）采用有效的方法愉改善患者的术前状况，及时采取手术治疗是保证肝

The liver transplantation in patients with hepatic function function failure

Objectives The experience in liver transplantation in 3 cases of severe hepatic function failure (Child C) was reported to investigate the factors affecting the outcome of patients receiving liver transplantation and to search the resolvents.Method Three patients received piggyback transplantation.Results Cases 1 and 2 had respectively survived 32 and 11 months postoperatively with excellent live quality. Case 3 is still in her postoperative recovery phase. Cases 1 and 2 suffered from postoperative complications of biliary obstruction, both of them were surgically cured with re operation of choledochojejunostomy.Conclusions (1) Improving the general condition with an effective method and performing the operation as soon as possible, are the basis on which patients may get a good result. (2) Reasonable, exquisite procedure, and harmonious anaesthetic cooperation are the key factors assuring successful operation. (3) Close postoperative monitoring and correct treatment of complications, especially the biliary complications, are also very important as to the long survival of patient.
