| 摘 要： | 目的:观察壮医药线点灸治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛的临床疗效.方法:选择脑动脉硬化性头痛78例,随机分为2组,加壮医药线点灸治疗组52例,西医对照组26例,治疗28d为1个疗程,观察总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和脑血流速度比值改善情况.结果:总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和脑血流速度比值改善情况治疗组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或0.01).结论:壮医药线点灸治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛临床疗效和安全良好.
