后牙印章法美学树脂修复的实验研究

摘    要:目的:比较印章法充填和分层树脂充填前后牙合]面形态变化。方法:收集60颗牙合]面形态良好的离体牙,随机分成流体树脂印章组、牙龈保护剂组和印模硅橡胶组,分别复制离体牙牙合]面形态,制作印章,比较3组牙合]面形态、印章的完整性、印章的气泡产生情况、制作印章耗时及制作印章操作难易程度。随机择取20颗离体牙,制备标准I类洞型,分成2组,分别使用印章法美学树脂充填和分层法充填。通过显微CT三维重建比较两组充填前后的牙合]面形态变化。结果:3种材料均能有效复制离体牙牙合]面形态,每组印章的气泡产生率5%,牙龈保护剂组和硅橡胶组在印章完整性和操作难易程度方面表现最好,牙龈保护剂组制作印章耗时最少。印章法充填组比分层充填组恢复后牙牙合]面形态效果更佳。结论:牙龈保护剂可以作为印章法充填的优秀印章材料选择之一;后牙印章法美学树脂充填比传统分层充填法更有效恢复牙合]面形态。

An experimental study on the aesthetic resin restoration of posterior teeth

Abstract:Objective:Micro-CT reconstruction was used to compare the occlusal surface morphology before and after resin filling in seal-filling group and stratified-filling group. Methods:Sixty teeth with good occlusal surface morphology were randomly divided into three groups, fluid resin seal group, gingival protective agent group and impression silicone rubber group. The three groups were compared in terms of surface morphology, bubble formation, seal integrity, ease of operation and time-consuming of seal making. A total of 20 teeth were randomly selected from 60 detached teeth to prepare the standard type I cavity. They were divided into two groups that seal filling group and layered filling group. Micro-CT three-dimensional reconstruction was used to compare the occlusal morphology of the two groups before and after filling. Results:All three materials can effectively reproduce the occlusal morphology in vitro. The bubble formation rate of each seal group was 5%. The gingival protectant and silicone rubber performed best in the aspects of seal integrity and ease of operation, the gingival protective agent took the least time to make the seal among the three groups. The occlusal surface of the posterior teeth restored more perfectly in the seal group than in the layered group. Conclusion:Gingival protectant can be used as one of the excellent seal materials for seal filling. The occlusal surface morphology was restored more effectively by posterior teeth seal method than by traditional layer filling method.
