| 摘 要： | 目的分析全程优质护理对胆结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者胃肠功能恢复及满意度的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的86例胆结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,按照护理措施的不同将其分为对照组(n=43,常规护理)与试验组(n=43,全程优质护理)。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况,干预前、后焦虑、抑郁与生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间和首次肛门排便时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,生活质量评分均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理应用于胆结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的效果显著,可有效改善患者的胃肠功能,改善心理状态与生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得在临床中推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effects of whole course high quality nursing on gastrointestinal function and satisfaction of patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing measures,the patients were divided into control group(n=43,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=43,whole course high quality nursing).The gastrointestinal function recovery,scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,intestinal peristalsis,first anal exhaust time and first anal defecation time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups decreased,and the score of quality of life increased,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course high quality nursing applied in patients with gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,improve the psychological state and the quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. |
